Carol Becker did an interview on Minnesota Latin Radio on the “Enterate Minnesota” (Find Out Minnesota) podcast with host Erika Rivera Kennedy.  They discussed the “A Precarious State” documentary and the issues facing both Minneapolis and Minnesota, and especially how they impact the Hispanic community.
